I told you a few weeks ago that we would get to this moment and the Super Committee would not be able to reach a deal and now here we are.
And now we are finding out that the big bad boogey man know as sequestration doesn't really exist. Congress can just ignore the so called "mandator automatic cuts."
So in essence - nothing will be done but a lot of talk. What a shocker.
Enough is enough. We need to throw out as many incumbents as possible. Washington needs to feel our discontent.
I listen to you all the time and I think you really get it, but this business with the congress has to end. They are holding up this country, you talk about terrorist all over the world we have them right here at congress, they are no better then deictator's you talk about. PLEASE PLEASE stop talking about what's going on around the world and start talking about the bums we have in congress. They have to know that their done and for the first time in their lives they are going to have to find a job a real job. The job they have now was never suppose to be a career our fore father's never set it up this way. PLEASE Larry, go after the terrorist in our own country until they know what assholes they are and how they are hurting the American people they are suppose to be working for. They all need to be fires just like they do and a normal job.

What's going to force a deal is the upcoming expiration of the Bush tax cuts. The real sticking point between the two parties is Democrats want to keep tax cuts in place for 98% of Americans, but not for the wealthiest 2%. But Republicans won't agree to anything less than 100% because they're all puppets to Grover Norquist and the pledge they signed with him. Some Republicans are planning to use the expiration of the Bush tax cuts as their "way out" of the pledge in order to come to an agreement with Democrats. By letting the Bush tax cuts expire, they would be increasing tax revenues without actually voting for a tax increase. Then they can agree to a new tax cut deal with Democrats and show they voted for tax cuts and no tax increases.
It disgusts me that their are people with money and people in positions of power who are willing and able to play with our country's government to enforce their own personal agendas while eroding our country and ruining the lives of literally millions fellow Americans. People like Grover Norquist only care about their personal agenda and how to get their way like a spoiled 1st grader, with no concerns about how it affects the country or other Americans. Maybe things need to get bad enough that our elected officials finally realize doing what's right while in office needs to trump pandering for money to get re-elected.
