It appears that bed bugs are invading more then just the beds of New York City residents. The nasty night crawlers have taken up residence in Times Square's biggest movie theater.After complaints from several customers, the AMC 25 Theater in Times Square closed its doors Tuesday night due to an infestation of bed bugs.
Despite testing negative for bed bugs during an August 3rd inspection, numerous movie goers reported bite marks to theater management.
The exploding bed bug situation in the City has prompted the City Council to create an advisory board that will accordingly map out a plan of action to attack the growing problem.
In recent weeks, bed bugs have been found at CNN headquarters, Time Warner Building, the New York City Public Library and an Abercrombie and Fitch retail store in Soho.
