DeVante Harris and Alfonso Francois Gonzales are feeling like Steven Spielberg today. The Brooklyn high school students were two of dozens of teenagers who got to showcase their own movies at Brooklyn College today. It's all part of the "Brooklyn College Community Parntership's" 6th annual event. The BCCP is a leading youth development organization that seves over 1500 Brooklyn high school and middle school students a year. The goal of the after school program is to give these teens a chance to find their passion and ultimately to go college. COO Diane Reiser says "These kids are in underserved communities and don't get to make the same choices as middle class studentts about what tto do after school. They choose us and we choose them. 85% of our seniors go on to college."
