Nothing like waltzing through a pair of naked people standing inches apart in order to gain access to a new exhibit at one of Manhattan's most famous museums.

It may sound bizarre, but for the next couple of months, daring patrons will make their way through two live nude "performers" bordering the door way of a new exhibit, "Marina Abramovic: The Artist is Present," which opened Sunday at the Museum of Modern Art.

"The whole idea kind of makes me feel uncomfortable," Tina Calabrese told PIX News. "I don't want to pass through a bunch of naked people just to look at art."

However, not everyone PIX News spoke with finds the idea too hot to handle.

"It sounds interesting," said Anthony Martinez. "I'll have to check it out."

The exhibit, the work of Yugoslavian-born artist Marina Abramovic, reportedly presents a view of her career over four decades, in a variety of mediums, including performance art, installations, sound pieces, video works and photographs.

The nudity apparently doesn't stop at the door, either. Inside, a couple of people are spotted in the buff lying under a skeleton, while another is positioned on a bicycle seat.

Abramovic is best known for art in which she exposes herself to physical pain and sometimes involves audience participation.

The exhibit at the MoMa continues now through May 31.
