NJ Mayor Indicted for Keeping Ex On Borough's Insurance Plan

HACKENSACK, N.J. ( WPIX) -- A Bergen County grand jury has indicted the mayor of Carlstadt, New Jersey and his former wife on charges they stole insurance benefits from the borough.
