Man In Critical Condition After Queens Bar Fight

QUEENS, N.Y. (WPIX)—
A 27-year-old man was left in critical condition after being attacked outside a Queens bar.

Police responded to a 911 call of a large fight at 248th Street and Union Turnpike Sunday. Sources tell PIX News the victim was assaulted by a 16-year-old man around 2:30 a.m.

The victim was taken to Long Island Jewish Hospital in critical condition, and the suspect was arrested at the scene.

There is no word as to what prompted the first punch.
