High Court Rules Against Stuy-Town Owners

Surrounded by tenants of Stuyvesant Town and Peter Cooper Village, New York's City Comptroller, Borough President and City Councilmen took great joy in Thursday's court ruling, upholding rent control for more than 11,000 residents.
