Sitting through an awkward Thanksgiving dinner with the in-laws might get a little easier for some New Yorkers this year.

A midtown restaurant is now offering Wild Turkey injected with vodka.

"It's a turkey you can eat and drink at the same time," Paul Hurley, owner of O'Casey's Tavern, told the New York Post.

According to the tavern's spokesperson, "the nation's first 100-proof turkey" is infused with fruit-flavored and Georgi vodka for three days before being cooked.

To make up for some alcohol content that evaporates in the oven, tavern's chef will also lace the gravy with more liquor.

Hurley guarantees that there's an ounce of vodka in every bite.

The drunken turkey costs $69 and comes in variety of vodka flavors, including peach, raspberry, cherry and apple.

"Very interested, very interested," a passerby told PIX News. More than 125 people have reportedly signed up to taste the boozy bird.

To avoid drinking and driving, the tavern is offering a free cab ride home for customers who dine in.
