On Thursday, September 1st New Jersey's "Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights" goes into effect. The law, which is being called the toughest anti-bullying legislation in the nation, comes a year after the suicide of Rutgers University student Tyler Clementi.
But is the law too harsh? Dr. Richard Bozza, Executive Director of the New Jersey Association of School Administrators says it is. While Assemblywoman Valerie Vainieri Huttle, the lead sponsor of the bill, contends it's right on target to protect students. They were here to discuss it.
