With just a few minutes of searching on google I found a link to actual custody order given by the judge, which paints a completely different picture than what Mrs Giordano is feeding to the media.
For one thing, the kids were not "taken away" from her. The judge made it very clear that BOTH parents being involved in the kids lives was in their best interest. The order was for 50/50 shared custody, all that Mrs. Giordano has to do is relocate to Chicago.
I understand that it is an inconvinence for her to relocate, however it is in the best interest of these kids that they have a relationship with both of their parents, even more so because of Mrs. Giordano's condition.
The only person that is keeping Mrs. Giordano from having a relationship with her kids, is herself.
Please read the custody order. Cancer and child custody are two highly emotional topics. That fact is being used to manipulate public opinion in this ongoing war between these two parents. Neither one of these parents is less important to the well being of these kids, and the Judge's order reflects that.
