Nearly 4-million people in the United States stutter. But, one local kid is making national headlines over it.we the 16-year-old New Jersey native, who is taking courses at the County College of Morris, was told by a professor his stutter is disruptive during class.the teacher asked him to pose questions before or after class, so as not to "infringe on other students' time."
Philip has since used the incident to inform people about his disability. He was here along with speech-language pathologist from the American Institute for Stuttering Amy Strekas.
