PROSPECT PARK, N.Y. (WPIX)—
The driver of a black Crown Victoria sedan was shot to death around 2 a.m. Tuesday in Brooklyn.The 45-year-old man was found bleeding to death in his car at the intersection of Parade Pl. and Crook Ave. at the southern tip of Prospect Park.
His car had slammed into a parked vehicle, and he was found on the floor behind the front seats.
He was transported to a local hospital with gunshot wounds to the torso and was pronounced deadly shortly after.
The man, who's name has not yet been released, was believed to be working as an unlicensed taxi driver.
A police investigation is ongoing.
