NEW YORK (WPIX)—
A deadly jet ski accident has left a 37-year-old man dead and three others injured, authorities said.According to police, the accident happened in Eastchester Bay, in the waters near the Baychester section of the Bronx, Monday afternoon.
The victim, who has been identified as Nelson Aguilar, was reportedly manning a jet ski with his daughter on board when it collided with another jet ski.
The identities of the injured were not immediately released. Their ages are said to be 14, 14 and 16.
The three survivors were transported to Jacobi Medical Center where they are listed in stable condition.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
