NEW YORK (WPIX)—
The idea about a possible $130 unlimited monthly MetroCard was all over the place Tuesday.PIX 11 News reporter Greg Mocker first reported the idea at the end of July.
He had attended the MTA Board Meeting. Staff members were discussing the possible fare increases. Mocker included it in his nightly MTA report.
The public will have the chance to talk about MetroCard changes beginning next month. So far, no final decision has been made.
Mocker has been looking into the MTA's budget, hiring plans, and capital projects since he first started at PIX 11 News.
