Police have released a sketch of the suspect wanted in connection with a brutal subway stabbing that left two Brooklyn men dead and another injured Sunday morning.

According to the NYPD, the suspect is described as a Hispanic male approximately 25-years-old, standing between 5'10" - 6'0" tall with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans and a black leather waist length jacket.

Authorities say the suspect fatally stabbed two men during a subway brawl that erupted around 5 a.m. Sunday on a Brooklyn-bound No. 2 train. The victims, identified as Darnell Morel and Ricardo Williams, both 24, were pronounced dead at the scene.

Witnesses say the fight broke out after Morel and Williams accidentally tossed a bag of beer bottles that apparently hit a man in the head.

Police say a third man was stabbed in the arm and neck and transported to a local hospital. That man, only identified as a 23-year-old, is currently in stable condition, according to police.

Witnesses say the victims were aiming to toss their trash out of the train and into a garbage bin on the platform when the subway car opened, however they accidentally hit the man standing near the door. As a result, the suspect apparently flew into a fit of rage and ripped out a knife from his jacket.

Morel and Williams reportedly attempted to apologize to the suspect but he was too enraged to listen.

The fight was instigated somewhere between Times Square and Greenwich Village, where the suspect fled the train at the Christopher St. station, police said. The victims' bodies were recovered on the next stop after someone called 911.

The search for the suspect was initially hampered by the lack of surveillance cameras at the Christopher St. station. A witness who came forward supplied a description to the NYPD for the sketch.
