The outerwear company that put up a huge billboard in Times Square showing President Barack Obama in one of its jackets is removing the sign and is apparently looking for Sarah Palin to take his spot.

Weatherproof plans on taking down the sign on Wednesday - nearly three weeks after the White House requested it. The ad features Obama standing by the Great Wall, donning a Weatherproof jacket, with the tag line: "A Leader in Style."

According to reports, Weatherproof had purchased the right to use the photo, however the agreement required the company to seek any necessary clearances for use. A White House lawyer contacted the company on Jan. 8 and asked that the billboard be removed.

The company's president said he would like to stick with a presidential theme. He said Weatherproof has reached out to Sarah Palin, but so far have not received any calls back.

The company, however, is keeping a positive attitude and has even created a mock-up of how the former Alaska governor would look in the new women's collection.
