2 Men Arrested In Slaying Of Pace University Student
Police say two men have been arrested in the killing of a 21-year-old marijuana dealer at the victim's upscale apartment in Manhattan's financial district.

One suspect was in custody in New York on Tuesday. The other was in Pennsylvania awaiting extradition.

The victim, Max Moreno, was shot once in the head shortly after midnight by one of two intruders who tried to rob him at gunpoint at the Gold Street building.

Police have said they believe the victim Moreno sold marijuana to a couple moments before the shooting.

The Pace University student was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
