Officials Consider Bias-Crime Charges After Rutgers Voyeurism Victim Commits Suicide

New Jersey prosecutors are considering filing bias-crime charges against two Rutgers University freshman who are accused of secretly filming a classmate, who later committed suicide, during a sexual encounter with another man.
