Cops: Bronx Man Offered Sex With Wife On Craigslist
NORWALK, Conn. (WPIX) - While some are managing to stay afloat in the current shaky economy, others are resorting to some rather creative yet illegal ploys to get fast cash.

In the case of unemployed graphic designer Florian Penev, of the Bronx, police say he offered up sex with his wife to complete strangers on Craigslist, in exchange for money.

According to officials, Penev, 40, was arrested, along with his wife, 36-year-old Zdravka Zotkova when undercover police officers answered the internet ad that offered sex with Zotkova at a Norwalk hotel.

The Bronx man was charged with conspiracy to promote prostitution. Penev paid a $2,000 fine after he pleaded guilty to the misdemeanor in Norwalk Superior Court Tuesday.

Zotkova faced prostitution charges, but according to officials, those were dismissed after she enrolled into a court program.
