He is Brooklyn's favorite juggler... If you've been to a Cyclones game you know Kyle Petersen, he's the guy riding his unicycle on top of the dug out, the juggling uni-cyclist peanut vendor.

Petersen is a real crowd pleaser, but the NYPD isn't too impressed with his act.

"The first time I was detained some police officers in an unmarked car drove by singing the circus song," said Kyle Petersen who has been stopped and held twice by Police for riding his unicycle on Classon Avenue in Crown Heights.

The first time the ticket was thrown out, a few weeks ago he was hit again, this time with disorderly conduct and obstructing pedestrian traffic.

"I think its ridiculous that two police officers spent a half hour issuing be a summons for uni-cycling on the sidewalk, which isn't illegal."

Petersen who also trains jugglers for the big apple circus is now suing the NYPD for 3 million dollars.

"Both times I was stopped the police officers told me the ticket probably will be dismissed so I don't think cops should be issuing bogus to begin with."

What upsets Petersen the most is that he says there is a lot of crime in this neighborhood, and thinks the cops should be spending more time arresting real criminals.

"crown heights has serious problems."

Talk about juggling Petersen is also a grad student at Brooklyn college working on a masters in Spanish.

Yeah just another bilingual, uni-cycling peanut vendor with a multi-million dollar lawsuit against the city.
