Heavy Storms, Hail and Possible Tornado Cause Damage, Outages

Westchester County residents experienced some unseasonable conditions as a mix of hail and heavy thunderstorms bought down trees and utility poles in Yonkers Tuesday night while causing mountains of slush and ice to build up in parking lots and on grassy areas.
