Woman Allegedly Attacked by NYC Cop Over Sick Dog

Chrissie Brodigan, 32, takes the "L" train every day to work in Manhattan and says she brings along her partially blind pug, "Dempsey" in a special carrying bag. But Monday night, in the intense heat, she says the dog threw up. So, she took him out of the bag in the Bedford Ave. Station and that's when a transit cop named Joel Witriol allegedly confronted her, demanding I.D. that she didn't have.
