    The city is widening an investigation of the maintenance company that had been doing electrical work on the elevator that suddenly malfunctioned Wednesday morning, killing an advertising executive who was boarding the elevator on her way to her office.  The growing investigation is the latest development in the unfolding, tragic story of Suzanne Hart's death.  It's a loss her family, who have arrived in New York from Florida and elsewhere, now mourn and try to process.
