    For years, critics of the Big Apple have argued that living in New Yoprk City, with it's daily stress, could take years off your life.  But Mayor Bloomberg says don't believe a word of it. He's produced new statistics that show on average New Yorkers are living almost three years longer than people elsewhere in the U.S.  Revealing a new study by the Department of Health, Bloomberg reports &quot;For the the first time since 1901, life expectancy in New York is greater than the rest of the nation."   Babies born here now can expect to live to an average 80.6 years, compared to 78.2 years nationally.
