Giants fans in New Jersey just couldn't hold it in any longer. They needed to celebrate the team's dramatic Super Bowl victory where it all began this season - at the Giants facilities in East Rutherford.

The first group of fans pulled up to PIX11 News' live truck just after 2:30 a.m.

Oakland, New Jersey resident Joe Laterra and his buddies left their homes with every intention of seeing the men of Big Blue. They were not aware the team wasn't due to arrive at the stadium until mid-Monday afternoon.

"I couldn't sleep," Laterra told PIX11 News.

One of Laterra's buddies told PIX11 News he didn't expect to make it into work Monday morning.

"I might not be in, Steve -- my boss," Steven Ray said. "They're [PIX11] saying they're not going to be here until 12 tomorrow, so, I'm gonna have to be here -- waiting for my team."

They weren't alone. Yuri Avila had his mother drove he and his friends down to the stadium from Stratford, Connecticut.

Looking for a big afterparty, he told PIX11, "I'm so pumped, man! Where's everyone at? C'mon! Let's go! This is the party right here. Where's everyone at? I'm down to salsa dance with these guys!"

Good, clean fun was had by all. At the Patriots' expense -- of course.
